- 1 seeded bun, split
- 1 slice American or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. beef patty, cooked to your desired temperature
- 1/4 lb. Carnegie Deli Pastrami
- Toppings: caramelized onions, lettuce, mayo, or mustard
- Toast the bun.
- Spread mayo or mustard on the bottom of the bun.
- Top the bottom of the bun with the lettuce, burger, cheese, heated pastrami, and caramelized onions.
- Finish with the top bun and serve immediately.
