Why spend all day over a hot stove this Passover when you can serve up a big pot of Matzo Ball Soup that tastes better than Bubbe’s in less than 30 minutes?
We’ve teamed up with our friends at The Matzo Project to bring you the mother of all comfort foods—just in time for the holiday. Our famously flavorful broth, simmered with carrots, celery, and fall-off-the-bone chicken, pairs perfectly with The Matzo Project’s all-natural, Brooklyn-made Matzo Crumbs, giving you the matzo balls of your soupy dreams. Just add eggs, water, and oil, and you’ll have enough to feed your Seder crew (or at least eight very hungry guests).
And because no Passover table is complete without a little crunch, we’re throwing in four bags of The Matzo Project’s Sea Salted Matzo Chips to round out the authentic New York deli experience.
“Is this kit really better than your grandma's soup? Hard to say. We don't know your grandma. But we do know you should probably avoid telling her the name of this thing.” – Urban Daddy(goes to new website)(opens in a new tab)
