Carnegie Deli x The Matzo Project: Better Than Bubbe's Matzo Ball Soup Kit

Why spend all day over a hot stove when you can throw together a big pot of Matzo Ball Soup that tastes better than Bubbe's in less than 30 minutes?

We've teamed up with our friends at The Matzo Project to bring you the mother of all comfort foods.  We coupled our famously flavorful broth, simmered with carrots, celery, and fall-off-the-bone chicken, with a box of Matzo Project's all-natural, Brooklyn-made Matzo Crumbs--to give you the matzo balls of your soupy dreams. Just add eggs, water and oil and you'll have enough soup to feed an feed an army (or at least eight of your favorite people). 

We'll also throw in four bags of Matzo Project's crunchy Sea Salted Matzo Chips to complete the authentic New York deli experience!
